The location is unbeatable, just steps away from Quincy Market and Faneuil Hall. My room was spacious and had a nice view of the city. The lobby offers free coffee in the morning, which is a nice touch. The staff were friendly and attentive, especially the concierge, who helped me arrange my activities. The bed was comfortable, and I slept well. However, I noticed a few issues. The bathroom cleanliness could use some attention, particularly in the corners. Also, I faced a lack of hot water one morning, which was inconvenient. It would have been great if the restaurant had longer hours on Sundays since I arrived late and missed dining options. All things considered, I had a good stay but there are definitely areas for improvement.

Spent 4 nights here in a Standard King Room. Room was spacious with a comfy bed, air conditioning, private bathroom and flat-screen TV. The staff were super friendly. Great breakfast with plenty of options. Location is prime, right near attractions and dining spots. Gym was nice too for a quick workout.

The location is unbeatable, right across from Faneuil Hall and close to other attractions. The room was large with a French balcony offering a pleasant city view. However, check-in took too long due to staff shortages, and the elevators were out of service, forcing us to use service elevators. A $25 facility fee was added unexpectedly at checkout, despite prepaying for the stay.

Great location right by Faneuil Hall. The room had a king bed, nice balcony, and even a fireplace! Amenities included a flat-screen TV, minibar, and free toiletries. The heating and air conditioning worked perfectly. Good vibes in the fitness center and spa. Staff was super friendly and helpful during check-in.

Loved the Juliet balcony in our cozy king suite! Perfectly situated right across from Quincy Market—convenience at its finest. Downtown vibes all around!
The bathroom sink gave a surprise gunk shower, and I’m still trying to figure out how to open the sliding door without a wrestling match!

The location really stood out. Just steps away from the North End, perfect for exploring and grabbing great food. The room felt spacious, especially the bathroom with a lovely setup for getting ready without waking my partner. The staff members were friendly and accommodating, adding a warm touch to the stay. However, the hallways felt a bit dim, which took away from the hotel's charm. The furniture, though comfortable, showed signs of wear. Also, a coffee maker in the room would have been a nice touch, given how it’s advertised. Despite a few issues, the overall vibe was enjoyable, making me consider returning.

We visited the North End and had some amazing food. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for our stay. Highly recommend checking out the breakfast menu, lots to choose from!
The hallways can feel a bit dark, which was a little off-putting, but it didn't take away too much from our experience.

Had a fantastic time! The staff were super friendly and attentive, especially this guy Bruce who checked us in, he really made us feel special with his warm friendliness. We even got upgraded to a suite, got some cake and fruit as a treat! Plus, the restaurant on the premises was amazing, we ate breakfast, lunch and dinner there, couldn’t get enough. The close access to the historical district is a big bonus, truly enjoyed my stay.
It wasn't pocket change, but it was acceptable for the experience I had.
